How we review products

What each review covers

Product pages combine a short overview, a few “what stands out” bullets tied to how the SKU is positioned on the market, and a “practical considerations” list for common safety and adherence topics (for example, iron tolerance, gummy sugar content, or fish allergy reminders). We do not score products with a single numeric grade because context varies too much between readers.

What we do not do

We do not claim that a supplement will treat, cure, or prevent a disease. We do not guarantee results. We do not independently lab test every batch; when we mention testing, we refer to what brands advertise publicly and what you can verify on packaging or certificates where available.

Updates

Amazon listings change images, counts, and occasionally formulas. If you notice a mismatch between our page and the live listing, please reach out via the contact page so we can queue a correction.
